Booking Confirmation
The shipping agent records the booking confirmation in the CCS.
Once the container(s) is (are) associated with the booking confirmation, the freight forwarder, the shipping agent or the exporter records this information in the CCS.
Control Agencies Procedures
The Foreign Trade Procedures can be implemented in the CCS.
The Administrative authorisations can be delivered by the agencies using the CCS.
Empty Container Release Order
The empty container release order can be sent to the empty container depot.
The empty container depot is then aware that a haulier is going to take delivery of an empty container.
Gate Out of empty container at depot
The gate-out of the empty container is recorder by the empty container depot.
Gate In of empty container at exporter or CFS
When the container arrives at the exporter's premises or at the Container Freight Station, the Gate-In movement is recorde in the CCS.
Container Stuffing at CFS
For LCL containers, the stuffing operation are completly managed in the CCS.
Gate Out at Exporter or CFS
Once the container is stuffed, the exporter or the CFS record the Gate-Out movement in the CCS.
Customs Declaration
Once the customs declaration is validated in the Customs Management System, it is sent to the CCS in order to update the shipment.
Customs Auhorisation
Customs use the CCS to authorise / refuse actions on the cargo.
Transhipment, Transfer, X-Ray, ... can be managed in CCS.
Shipping Order
The shipping order ie the authorisation to load a cargo on the ship given by the Shipping Agent and/or the Freight Forwarder is recorded in the CCS.
Gate In at Terminal
The gate-in movement of the container or cargo is recorded by the terminal.
Load Authorisation
Once the shipment has received all the authorisations, a message is sent to the terminal in order to authorise the loading.
Loading of the Ship
The movement of loading is recorded in the CCS by the terminal operator.
The short shipped containers are immediatly identified.
The over loaded containers are also immediatly identified
