Background
SOGET is a public private partnership between Port of Le Havre Authority, Port of Le Havre Community and French Customs, headquartered in Le Havre since 1982.
SOGET is a recognized expert by the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, CAF, AFD and Organization of American States and a founding member of SEFACIL, a supply chain security and trade facilitation institute, along with the Port of Le Havre Authority and the University of Le Havre.
